Vertice Projects is proud to have completed the transformation of Zibibbo, an exciting new addition to Glasgow’s dining scene, located in the prestigious Princes Square.

Formerly Jax — and better known by many as the iconic Buzzy Wares — the space has been reimagined as a stylish Italian wine bar and restaurant, breathing new life into one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

• Full Interior Strip-Out & Redevelopment
  A complete rework of the former venue, making way for a fresh and refined new concept.

• Bespoke Joinery & Feature Detailing
  Including handcrafted bar finishes, custom wine display units, and ambient shelving solutions.

• Luxury Flooring, Wall Treatments & Lighting
  A rich, modern palette of materials was installed to reflect Zibibbo’s upscale Italian aesthetic.

• Bar, Kitchen & Back-of-House Integration
  Delivered with flow and function in mind — balancing customer experience with staff efficiency.

• Project Management & Delivery
  Handled in coordination with the Zibibbo team to meet launch timelines and design intent.
