Located in the heart of Paris, just moments from Châtelet–Les Halles, the four-star Novotel is undergoing a major programme of refurbishment designed to transform key areas of the hotel, including its dining spaces, lobby, bar and entrance. (Novotel Les Halles)
Introducing Milli
At the centre of our involvement is Milli, the new bar and restaurant taking shape within the hotel.
The project is currently well underway, with the space continuing to develop as the fit-out progresses. While there is still plenty of work to be completed, the foundations of the new venue are already beginning to take shape.
For the Vertice team, it’s an opportunity to bring our experience in commercial fit-out, joinery and hospitality projects to an international setting — working as part of a wider team on a high-profile refurbishment in one of Europe’s busiest cities.
A project in the heart of Paris
Novotel Paris Les Halles has a long history at the heart of the capital. The hotel dates back to 1985 and has evolved alongside the historic Les Halles district, with its architecture and interiors drawing inspiration from the character and history of the area. (Novotel Les Halles)

For Vertice Projects, working within a live hotel environment in such a central location brings its own challenges — from coordination and logistics to maintaining the standards expected of a major hospitality project.
